Functional Systems maintains a large inventory of remanufactured circuit boards and parts for legacy systems at a fraction of new part cost. Even better, remanufactured parts come with a 1-year warranty which is equal to, or better than, the original OEM.

Functional Systems maintains a large inventory of new and remanufactured parts. From years of experience, we know the parts our customers need most. So in most cases, your parts are shipped within 24 hours, in many instances the same day, saving you the expense of lengthy downtime including manual fire watches.

Repair

STAY UP TO CODE WITH PARTS REPAIR

Functional Systems is known for repairs. For over 30 years we've been repairing circuit boards from many well known manufacturers of fire system. Our customers typically save from 30% to 50% of the cost of a replacement part.

NO-RISK WARRANTY

Repairs come with a full 1-year warranty. If an repaired part does not function, return it within a year, and we'll fix the problem.

THE REPAIR PROCESS

Functional Systems technicians conduct an extensive troubleshooting test using specially designed electronic analysis equipment. Once the problem is diagnosed, a highly trained technician repairs your board.

Repaired boards are installed into a live working system - identical to your own - to ensure that it will work properly in your system. The board is then ultrasonically cleaned and treated with our exclusive acrylic coating, which protects your board from heat, steam, or water damage.

Finally, we hand pack it in an anti-static bag and place it in a specially designed foam filled box for rapid shipment to you.

Maintenance

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Functional Systems offers maintenance contracts tailored to the needs of it's clients. Whether your system is fire alarm, Nurse call or security we provide testing and service to comply with local and State codes.

We provide a self-sufficient maintenance and repair team led by a Site Supervisor who schedules - and may assist in - service of your specific alarm system. Functional Systems adheres to the industry recognized standards of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). NFPA 72 establishes minimum requirements for inspection, maintenance, and testing of fire alarm systems, including required qualifications for technicians and proper test methods and frequency of testing for system components.
